Who Stole My Crayons?

so last night i sat on (aka babysat) vance for yoda.

i got to watch 1.5 hours of whats new scooby do while having a static electricity fight with a four year old. i’m pretty sure he won the battle but i won the war of bedtime.

vance is a good kid and i don’t mind sitting him, at least as long as he has healthy respect for my authority (aka until he’s about twice as old as he is now)

not air conditioning but a trip to atlantic city with my peeps. woohoo! the bus ride can be a little trying on the butt but if you can keep it from going to sleep, avoid a leg cramp and bring a good book, you’ll be there in no time. i spent a fair amount of time in front of my favorite slot machine, the hex breaker penny machine. yes i know its probably sad that i have a favorite slot machine but its fun, has entertaining bonus games, i get lots of credits for my money and i usually come out ahead when i play it. (always a bonus when in atlantic city) i did manage to come back with more money then i went with. i didn’t hit any jackpots but i didn’t come back with an empty purse either. the ride back was equally entertaining even if i did wonder several times what yoda could be putting in my hood.

bonanza jellybean came over this evening to get some cds. so i picked up some beers and made some dinner. (which i hope wasn’t too shitty) we also looked at some of my funny scrapbook pages.
then we played some wii bowling (first game tie, second game i won), then some wii tennis (i won), then i got my ass handed to me at wii boxing. my arm is still sore. then we played some guitar hero on the ps2. well i played anyway (it takes some practice to get the hang of it)

i think we had fun and will have to do it again!

so its sunday and as i do my usual sunday activities it gets closer to monday and my return to the office. i really don’t wanna go to the office tomorrow but i have to work to get paid. monies are helpful for the purchasing of hello kitty do-dads and ferret snacks, not to mention gas, food and paying of bills.

but not every sunday activity is as boring and icky as laundry, dishes and dirty litter boxes. i check all my many email addresses and my regular websites like this one:

as for the rest of the weekend- friday i went out with M and BJB to hang and drink with someone who has gotten a new job. best part was it was at dave and busters so we could play video games like house of the dead (my fav) and games to win tickets for stupid overpriced toys. saturday i slept in then went shopping. got the new cooking mama game for the wii (but haven’t played it yet). also made some tasty dinner items saturday.

-M went to bingo with us and WON (i never win)
-the blonde one stuck her face in my face to i licked her nose (heehee)
-Yoda wondered why i didn’t have any pictures of her butt (i thought she’d be mad)
-scrap booked the picture of king dork and the blonde one having a pillow fight
-had a static-y ferret zap my butt (shocking)
-got my accounting homework right the first time (w00t!)
-My car is free from its glacier after 3 days (took a front loader)
-actually put my laundry away (and you can walk in the bedroom)
-check my web stats, people look but don’t comment (whats up with that?)

the spring semester officially started on wednesday…… looks like my two classes will keep me busy. i am taking accounting 1 and an advanced writing class for manager. so if you see me and i looked dazed-n-confused don’t be too surprised

Note to Roxanne- the purchase that was discussed on friday was made and the plan will be put into effect tomorrow. should be entertaining

boom (aka edward) has learned how to get on my bed all by himself.  now all he has to do is figure out how to get the snackie container open.  the middle child has decided to pretend he cannot hear anything you say (unless you have a snack for him) and the loki monster has decided that he will be the baddest behaved of the three.  the favorite new furry game is ‘help mom do school work’.  this game involves stealing my pen, turning the pages in the book i’m reading and running the laptop while i’m trying to post in my class forums.
