its been a totally shit-tastic week at work- filled with irritating people, dumb asses and the usual fun and shenanigans….. and i’m so fuckin glad its over!!!!

tomorrow me and some of my ‘crew’ are going to atlantic city for gambling and general stupidity.  who know, yours truly might even come out ahead….. but not very likely.

on a nice note, yoda and i (thanks to yoda) got some nice ass up close fan club only concert tickets for pearl jam in june! woohoo should make for an interesting 7 days. a final exam, pearl jam then the trip to chicago for baseball and whatever.

woohoo! i am taking pto today (paid time off) and i’m glad i don’t have to go outside cause the tv told me its really really discusting and hot out there today. ick!

but don’t think i’m lounging in my air conditioning sipping martinis and chillin with my boys, no no…. i am working on a research essay for my writing class and then hopefully i’ll have enough brain cells left to start working on my mid term for my business class

then maybe i’ll have a few martini’s and soak in the tub

where the fuck have i been you ask? i have no fuckin idea…. i blinked after my last final and now its mid june….. damn… bad me
lots of shit has gone on. some good, some crappy, some bad, some what ever and one very sad

i did make it through finals and even ended up with an A and a B in my classes. i have no idea how i managed that but i’ll take it.
summer classes started right after labor day and suck

work is a freakin hectic, busy as shit, pain in my ass but it pays good so what can you do. (try not to yell at stupid people who annoy you on purpose which is easier said than done some days)
celebrated bjb’s b-day in june, cool party and happy hour, also managed to mostly avoid my birthday all together. (which is usually my preference)

spent a 5 day labor day in a little town on the eastern shore with yoda and the blonde. might do a separate blog for that and our adventures

did a lot of cleaning around the house and tried to get my shit in order, cleaned, organized and figure out what the hell was/is going on

i lost my poor edward weasel the 10th of june. he had bilateral adrenal disease and we went to see a vet who specializes in surgery for ferrets in bethesda (which is a fun drive in am rush hour from baltimore) he made it through surgery with flying colors and was doing well. unfortunately he threw a blood clot and passed away.

the boys and i made a donation to a ferret shelter in memory of edward and they have been keeping my mind off it by DRIVING ME CRAZY. but thats what they are good at, little cute fuzzy brats.

well thats enough for this installment, the loud crash that just occurred tells me i need to go see what the boys have gotten into now.

eh, i have my finals (2)for the spring semister tomorrow. (yes on saturday and no i usually don’t try to them both on the same day) so this week has been a total hectic mess of trying to do writing projects, comprehensive problems, training outside of the office, my regular hectic job, crazy ferrets, studying, looking confused and trying to resist the urge to tell people exactly what i think when they ask…. i am soooooo going to need a drink (or two or three or who’s counting) tomorrow night.

so today has been one of those days where you can’t decide if its been good or bad…. so i guess i’ll have to compare…..
plus- got up and to work on time; minus- it made today really really long
plus- found a clean bra to wear; minus- its clean cause its the one that stabs me in the side all freakin day (adjusts bra again)
plus- left early and was on time for my workout; minus- it took me an fuckin hour to get home
plus- got to ask a question at work to someone i don’t like and it annoyed them; minus- they send me 6 even more annoying emails afterwards
plus- remember to go to the store for food; minus- forgot to get cash while i was there
plus- cleaned the boys litter box; minus- got poo on my hand (ick)
plus- ate tasty dinner; minus- have heart burn from it
plus- played with the boys; minus- got bit by giggle wiggle (cause he’s brat)
plus- had some natty’s; minus- natty’s are all gone now (gasp)
plus- i remembered to post, check email and site; minus- the damn wireless keeps dropping and pissing me the f off

after adding up all those, i’ll say today has been neutral/minus on the crappy scale. not bad but not great either!  but it could have been worse….. (is it friday yet?)

so tuesday some asshole thought he’d be real cute and make a right turn from a left lane, pretending i wasn’t in the right lane. and then tried to get all pushy with his soccer mom van when i wouldn’t get out of his way. he was over the double yellow, like an inch from the side of my car and with some serious attitude cause i was there. like being a dumb fuck suddenly gives you the right of way or something.

then yesterday some douche bag just came rolling off an exit ramp like it was 3am and no one else was on the road. and the slacker in front of me slams on his breaks to let the jerk over and didn’t even beep at him. like it was perfectly fine that i had to swerve around them both to keep from hitting them or getting hit from behind.

then today i had some pea brained imbecile who was tailgating so close he could have been in my back seat. like i could go faster if he got closer or all the other traffic would just move for him. if that s.o.b. had hit my car, i think i would have had to get out

and they wonder why we get road rage?

so an interesting week school wise… the site was down for 2+ days… can’t download assignments… can’t upload work…. joy
i did my accounting homework early to turn it in for review before grading…. was all happy cause i was sure it was all correct….

WRONG

it was all messed up and partly because of some compound prepaid posting we had to make that weren’t actually covered in the chapters we read….

so i spent 2.5 hours today revising it…. luckily its all correct now and waiting to be graded… now on to my management communication homework….

how fun was my saturday? i should have been happily shopping, playing, cleaning and doing homework… but no

i woke up at 3am with a happy fun migraine! i thought if i just went back to bed it would just go away, but alas i was wrong. each and every time i did wake up it was worse. first just the beginning headache irritation, then pounding pain on the side of my head like i had cracked my skull (and yes i do know what that feels like), then my left eyebrow felt like someone was raking the bone with sand paper, then lovely stabbing pain in my eye, of course the sever light sensitivity so i had a blanket on my head for hours (makes it hard to find the bathroom) and then the always fun nausea.

and did i have excedrin at the condo? of course not. and tylenol just doesn’t even touch a migraine.

about 11 hours after it started i was feeling mostly civilized and my pupils had returned to normal size. i have no idea how yoda can deal with these on a weekly basis, i think i’d go coocoo

So at 6 i decided i needed some real food and a new ‘thing’ (or 2 or 10) from my favorite store at arundel mills. (the hk store in case you were confused) and to my extreme DISAPPOINTMENT it was not there!!! devestating. now i have to find a new place to achieve instant hk gratification because ordering online takes to long what ever shall i do????
