woohoo!!! going to see marilyn manson tonight. got up and to work early so i could roll early from work and get ready for the show!!!

i have no freakin idea what i want to be when i grow up? do i even want to grow up? scary…. and quite possibly over rated. i am feeling pretty disenchanted with myself and life at the moment. basically bored, lost, confused and procrastinating everything. i actually don’t really feel like doing anything at the moment. i don’t like my job but i don’t dislike it either, basically just bored with it. stuck between doing the daily grind stuff and getting into the actual managing of stuff. school is really a big pain in my ass right now and i’ve adjusted my course load. i know i need to get my degree but there are only so many hours in the day (and so much sanity). i really need to get in shape (cause my ass is larger than i’d like) but i find it hard at the moment to eat right and commit time to regularly workout. it seems like i don’t really have time for me. i want to do some different things but just can’t seem to get motivated to invest the effort in them. maybe i’m having some sort of quarter life crisis. i think i need to work on having some sort of direction or goal, setting/adjusting priorities or some annoying adult sounding crap like that. sounds icky but necessary…… i just need to create some balance in my life cause i can’t do everything, everyplace all the time.

i went to see my dad on saturday which turned out to be very productive.
dad washed my car, touched up the hood, waxed the car, cleaned the wipers, rain-x-ed all the windows, cleaned the wheels, used some special plastic ‘wax’ on the lights and mirror housings, and put the shiny stuff on my tires. then he ordered us pizza for dinner. he even had a stack of the coupons from the sunday paper for me.
what did i do you ask? well i brought the beer- natty in bottles of course, made the run into the house for beers AND moved the hose as dad was walking/washing around the car. which is a very important job.
i also brought the paper from the dealer so dad could check what they did and popped the hood so he could check out my warranty replaced battery (74 months bitches) and shared my irritation with having to take my car to the dealer to begin with.
all in all a very productive day. go dad!
just because rabble thought it was so icky, i’ll tell you all about my extra tasty dinner
after much stalling and laziness then a thought of skipping dinner altogether, i decided to make a tasty sammich …. mmmm sammich….
my tasty dinner sammich consisted of seeded rye bread (it no good without the seeds), lite miracle whip (cause my ass if fat enough), mustard (the cheap yellow kind of course), fresh ground pepper (cause its better fresh) and extra sharp cheddar cheeses (out of pack, not the nice deli kind my dad gets).
for some reason rabble found it so disgusting he actually left the kitchen while i was preparing it… this from the person who had cold waffles for dinner……
go figure, he doesn’t know what he was missing

i swear i work with the most discussing dirty little nasty people. i’ve gotten used to paper towels being left in the bathroom sink, pee on the toilet seat (or floor), a fridge with the lovely aroma of rot, and idiots who can’t seem to park between two big bright white lines… but this morning….omfg
i went to put my lean cuisine (blah) in the disgusting freezer and there is coffee spilled all over the counter, all over both coffee makers, down the front of the dishwasher and all over the floor. who ever this future martha stewart in training is put three whole napkins (not even paper towels) on the floor and just left it that way… i don’t know what they were thinking but at 7:15am there is a very short list of people in the office on my floor.
maybe they thought their mommy was going to come in to clean up after them or the magical office fairy would do it….

i can’t believe it actually happened… the furries were out so long and played so much they actually went back in their cage and went to bed… well loki is still awake but is in a hammie so that gotta count…
now i can work on my bgmt midterm without assistance….
the only bad thing is now i have to wait till later to clean their litter boxes of they will wake up

happy friday the 13th!!!!! hope everyone had a great one. i think friday the 13th should be a holiday and we should all get a paid day off so we can stay home and drink ourselves silly!!
i did hear a funny friday the 13th story. someone yoda works with was in the toilet and the sprinkler in the bathroom went off….. heehee…….he got soaked

i just looked at my calendar and remembered that i have MANSON tickets woohoo. he will be at merriweather on the 30th. (dances around room with irritated ferret) i have a weird thing for manson. he’s not the top of the list of celebrities i’d fuck but he’s definitly in the top 10 baby! (i am sure that bjb is dry heaving as she reads this)
