so tuesday some asshole thought he’d be real cute and make a right turn from a left lane, pretending i wasn’t in the right lane. and then tried to get all pushy with his soccer mom van when i wouldn’t get out of his way. he was over the double yellow, like an inch from the side of my car and with some serious attitude cause i was there. like being a dumb fuck suddenly gives you the right of way or something.

then yesterday some douche bag just came rolling off an exit ramp like it was 3am and no one else was on the road. and the slacker in front of me slams on his breaks to let the jerk over and didn’t even beep at him. like it was perfectly fine that i had to swerve around them both to keep from hitting them or getting hit from behind.

then today i had some pea brained imbecile who was tailgating so close he could have been in my back seat. like i could go faster if he got closer or all the other traffic would just move for him. if that s.o.b. had hit my car, i think i would have had to get out

and they wonder why we get road rage?

i heard that today in a training class and thought ‘that explains so much’. but then how do they get that way? cause WE let them.
why was i at work at 8pm tonight… cause i let it get that way. because for some bizarre reason i am actually concerned that what i do gets done even if i am stuck in icky icky boring annoying process improvement training for an entire week

why is the giggle wiggle a total brat… cause we let him get that way. he got away with everything when he was little cause the pep hated him.

why is boom totally spoiled so rotten…. cause he’s so cute and he’s a mommas boy

why is my kitchen piled high with dirty crusty dishes…. cause i didn’t get up off my fat ass and wash them

or does this just bring to light our inadequacies as humans and try to make us acknowledge things we’d rather just ignore….
why does my life get so fucked up… cause i let it. they say the first thing is to acknowledge there is a problem. so true but easier said then done. it much easier to ignore some things…. like……
why do i do the strange parking thing that i do (if you have ridden with me, you know what i’m referring to)… cause i have ocd… but i try to overlook that aspect of myself (see giant collection of hello kitty stuff or diagram of newest way to re-arrange furniture)
or the whole ‘rents house drama…. if i open my mouth scary things might come out… again…. cause they don’t want reality, not really and i really don’t need to start that ‘fight’ again… well not right now anyway

i guess we have to pick what we can fix (lean out), what we have to accept how it is and what we’d rather ignore all together

that being said… time for another natty…. to much sanity for one night

what should i be doing? reading, studying, working on homework thats due this week

what am i doing? drinking a natty, spoiling edward, yelling at loki and dancing around my room with pepi to cypress hill (one of pepi’s favorite bands)

it was brought to my attention today that i hadn’t posted here in a while. which surprised me cause i really didn’t think anyone actually read it except for that one post about light sabers….. (people don’t leave comments or anything so i wonder)

life has been kind of shitty lately and my usual spring seasonal depression and ocd attack (which makes me clean and throw lots of stuff away) has started early. so far i have cleaned my office at work, my book bag, bought 2 pairs of shoes, one funky coat and one expensive purse (which nothing fits into). i have already started thinking of stuff to go through, stuff that sucks i need to change and how to rearrange furniture (yet again).

i signed up for 3 classes this summer (yes i am crazy) so my vacation will consist of one 4 day weekend with the girls at yoda’s mom’s boyfriends house in chrisfield on the eastern shore the weekend before classes start. i am hoping to finish classes by the end of ‘08 if i can. wish me luck
